FROM LODY'S DESK March 24, 2010 Hellow fellow Fabric Stabbers, Time flies so fast! I can't believe it's springtime already, though winter weather still kicks in once in a while here in Iowa. Soon, me and hubby will be busy digging in the garden. And I'm sure, before I know it, it's "canning" time again. On the stitching front, I'm excited to announce that I'll be teaching a half day class at this year's EGA Heartland Region Fall Seminar. The sponsor for the event is Mississippi River Valley Chapter. I got the invitation to submit a proposal after returning from my trip last year. How amazing is that? Another EGA related event I'm looking forward is the 2011 anniversary of Cedar Valley Chapter... yours truly was invited to be the speaker and guest teacher. I can't wait. I also started a series of on-site/off-site exclusive teaching pieces for guilds or groups. I had been recieving requests from out-of-state stitching guilds since last year that they want to include my works in their workshops. I think these exclusive teaching projects will cater that requirement very well. Have your Education Chair or Program Head contact me for further details about this project. And as always, I'm very thankful with your support everybody. Let's keep all fingers busy with needle and thread everybody. Happy stitching,Lody For further updates and reading, visit Lody's stitching blog.
